We have a special ambassador on our crew. She’s an enthusiastic runner, race director and experienced relayer. But one thing she isn’t – a Cascade Lakes Relay veteran. Congratulations to the nearly 750 finishers of the 2013 Spokane to Sandpoint Relay!

What an amazing weekend we had with all of you. From the breathtaking sunrise on the top of Mt Spokane, during the spectacular sunset over Coeur d’Alene, to the sunny finish on the shores of City Beach in Sandpoint, we laughed, cheered and sometimes even cried right along with you all the way.

Congratulations to the 2,400 finishers of the 2013 CLR!

Wow, what a weekend!  Starting with a new start line on the beach of Diamond Lake and ending with a new finish line at Riverbend Park in Bend, the 6th Annual CLR was truly a year to remember.  The weather couldn’t have been better and spirits were high as 200 teams made their way to the finish line on Saturday, featuring the 1st Annual CLR Brewfest with free beer for participants & volunteers from 10 local craft breweries.
