Registration opens for CLR24, Walk Relay, and High School Challenge (Silver Lake to Bend)!
Teams that register for CLR24, Walk Relay, and HS Challenge are accepted on a first come, first registered basis.  Only 600 total participants will be accepted for CLR24 and the total number of teams accepted will vary based on team type/size.  A minimum of 25 Walk Relay teams will be reserved to ensure a healthy competitive event.

February 1st – 8th, 2019 (CLR36)
2nd Lottery Opens for CLR36.  A very limited number of teams will be accepted in this 2nd lottery, based on teams that fail to submit their registration balance on February 1st.

February 1st, 2019 (CLR and CLR24)-

  • Registration fee balance is due for CLR36 and CLR24!  If you do not mail your registration balance postmarked by Feb 1st your team will be deleted from the database and replaced with a team selected in the February Lottery.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • $125 per volunteer donation payment to “Hire a Volunteer” is due for CLR.  Donation amount increases to $200 per volunteer if your check is not postmarked by February 1st.

  • All team members must be registered with T-Shirt sizes by April 1st in order to guarantee their T-Shirt size. Participants registered after April 1st will receive the closest size available if that size becomes unavailable.

  • Add a runner or walker to your roster via the registration database

June 17th, 2019 
Deadline to provide final team information including team name, division assignments, and team projected finish time. (This info is used to set accurate start times.  Please try to have at least 9 teammates registered by this date in order to receive an official start time.  

July 1st, 2019
Team start times and volunteer assignments posted.  Absolutely no changes will be made to volunteer assignments after July 5th.  Only critical start time change requests will be considered. Please understand that by July 5th, all race bibs have been printed, timing software has been loaded, charity volunteers have been hired, and making individual changes becomes extremely difficult.

July 15th, 2019 
Donation to “Hire a Volunteer” increases to $300/volunteer.

July 26th, 2019 6 pm
Make final changes to team roster for finisher shirts.  
(Database will remain open until August 1st for last minute roster changes, but t-shirts will be packaged for each team according to the roster as of July 26th)

August 1st, 2019 
Packet pick-up encouraged the night before the race at Diamond Lake Resort on the lakefront patio. Live music, bbq dinner, lawn games, sunset toast and time to meet fellow teams!  Merchandise available for purchase.

Choose your volunteer option:

  1. Provide a volunteer – provide 2 volunteers who are available any time Friday or Saturday to work a 6-8 hour shift out on the course.
  2. Hire-a-Volunteer (HAV) – donate $250 ($125 per volunteer) so that we can partner with local charities and community groups who will volunteer on the course. 100% of your funds are donated to these worthy organizations.

ULTRA TEAMS Must provide one volunteer for the relay, as opposed to the regular requirement of two. *CORPORATE At least 9 members must be employed or relatives of employees by the same company. No gender categories in this division. ^PUBLIC SERVICE At least 9 members or relatives. No gender categories in this division. **HIGH SCHOOL All members 19 or younger. No gender categories in this division. OSAA Regulations (Off-Season Participation) A High School team cannot race under a high school or mascot name, nor race representing the high school;
rather they must run as individuals. A team cannot be restricted to track and cross-country team members only. A coach cannot coordinate the team as part of a team activity, but he or she can drive one of the vans,
