All Beer Chase teams are responsible for providing 1 volunteer. 1-2 person teams are not required to provide a volunteer.
To fulfill the volunteer requirement, teams may choose between the following options:
We love our volunteers and want to make sure you are well prepared for your volunteer shift on event day. Your experience as a volunteer will be more pleasant if you’re prepared, so please read the volunteer instructions & directions carefully and contact us if you have any questions. Please read the Official Race Guide and Race Map [coming soon] to familiarize yourself with the rules and procedures.
Things to know:
|Registration between October 1st, 2022 – November 30th, 2022||$125|
|Registration between December 1st, 2022 – February 28th, 2023||$175|
|Registration between March 1st, 2023 – May 1st, 2023||$225|
|Change to HAV within 30 days of the event||$300|
Only if you selected to “Request Nonprofit Volunteers”— your Team HAV donation is due within 7 days of your team’s registration (postmarked). The donation amount increases to $300 if your check is not postmarked by 4/1/2023.
