Registration Fees for The Bend Beer Chase are non-refundable (unless you have purchased registration insurance from Protecht).
During check-out, Team Captains will have the opportunity to purchase registration insurance for their team. The plan covers 100% of your team’s non-refundable entry fees should any unexpected circumstances arise and prevent anyone on your team from racing. For more information visit our FAQ Page.
*All registration fees will be processed by Credit Card only and must be paid in full at the time of team registration to secure your team’s spot.
Choose your volunteer option:
- Supply Your Own Volunteer – provide 1 volunteer who is available any time Saturday to work a 4-6 hour shift out on the course. Volunteers can be assigned to a morning, afternoon or early evening shift. We do not take volunteer assignment requests.
- Hire-a-Volunteer (HAV) – Make a donation to Cascade Relays Foundation (fee varies by date of registration) and we will partner with local charities and community groups who will provide a volunteer on the course for your team. 100% of your funds are donated to these worthy organizations.
*A team can decide to change from Volunteer Option #1 to Volunteer Option #2 up until May 20th without penalty – please contact [email protected] to make this switch.
2024 Hire-A-Volunteer Donation Fees:

HAV Payment Instructions:
If you choose to support the “Hire a Volunteer” (HAV) program, Cascade Relays Foundation will email you an invoice for your donation fee within 2-3 weeks of registration. Payment can be made by check or credit card (3% processing fee applies).

Keg Leg Pricing
| Individual Keg Leg | $35 per person |
All participants of the Keg Leg will receive the following with your participation:
- Beer pours from the following local breweries in Downtown Bend (Worthy Brewing, Boss Rambler, Bend Brewing, Deschutes Brewery, Kobold Brewery, Silver Moon Brewery)
- 5.5 oz Custom Beer Chase Sillipint
- Custom Bend Beer Chase event shirt (while supplies last)
- Custom “Keg Leg” Race Bib (while supplies last)
- Access to the Finish Line Party with live music from 4pm-8pm in Drake Park and celebrate the amazing craft breweries of Central Oregon
In-person registration will also be available at the Beer Chase Finish line party in Drake Park from 3-5pm.
All Bend Beer Chase participants are automatically registered for the Keg Leg. Individuals looking to participate in the Keg Leg only can register separately.
