Registration Fees for The Bend Beer Chase are non-refundable
*All registration fees will be processed by Credit Card only and must be paid in full at the time of team registration to secure your team’s spot.
Choose your volunteer option:
- Supply Your Own Volunteer – provide 1 volunteer who is available any time Saturday to work a 4-6 hour shift out on the course. Volunteers can be assigned to a morning, afternoon or early evening shift. We do not take volunteer assignment requests.
- Hire-a-Volunteer (HAV) – Make a donation to Cascade Relays Foundation (fee varies by date of registration) and we will partner with local charities and community groups who will provide a volunteer on the course for your team. 100% of your funds are donated to these worthy organizations.
- HAV Option is Now Limited to 75 Teams. If your team depends on this service, don’t wait! Due to limited availability and challenges securing enough volunteers through our charity partners, we’re capping the Hire-a-Volunteer program at the first 75 teams who opt in. Reserve your spot now before they’re gone!
* Switching to the Hire-a-Volunteer program less than 30 days before the event will incur a minimum fee of $50. Space in the program is very limited, and any openings depend on the availability of our incredible charity partners.
2026 Hire-A-Volunteer Donation Fees:

HAV Payment Instructions:
If you choose to support the “Hire a Volunteer” (HAV) program, Cascade Relays Foundation will email you an invoice for your donation fee within 2-3 weeks of registration. Payment can be made by check or credit card (3% processing fee applies).
