Registration Fees for The Bend Beer Chase are non-refundable (unless you have purchased registration insurance from Protecht).
During check-out, Team Captains will have the opportunity to purchase registration insurance for their team. The plan covers 100% of your team’s non-refundable entry fees should any unexpected circumstances arise and prevent anyone on your team from racing. For more information visit our FAQ Page.
*All registration fees will be processed by Credit Card only and must be paid in full at the time of team registration to secure your team’s spot.
Choose your volunteer option:
- Supply Your Own Volunteer – provide 1 volunteer who is available any time Saturday to work a 4-6 hour shift out on the course. Volunteers can be assigned to a morning, afternoon or early evening shift. We do not take volunteer assignment requests.
- Hire-a-Volunteer (HAV) – Make a donation to Cascade Relays Foundation (fee varies by date of registration) and we will partner with local charities and community groups who will provide a volunteer on the course for your team. 100% of your funds are donated to these worthy organizations.
*A team can decide to change from Volunteer Option #1 to Volunteer Option #2 up until May 20th without penalty – please contact info@cascaderelays.com to make this switch.
2025 Hire-A-Volunteer Donation Fees:

| Registration between October 1st, 2024 – February 28th, 2025 (per volunteer) | $200 |
| Registration between March 1st, 2025 – May 1st, 2025 (per volunteer) | $250 |
| Change to HAV within 30 days of the event (per volunteer) | $300 |
HAV Payment Instructions:
If you choose to support the “Hire a Volunteer” (HAV) program, Cascade Relays Foundation will email you an invoice for your donation fee within 2-3 weeks of registration. Payment can be made by check or credit card (3% processing fee applies).
