2025 Parade Entry Application

PARADE REGISTRATION CLOSED ON NOVEMBER 21ST.

Thank you for your interest in the Bend Christmas Parade!

The deadline to apply for the 2025 parade was November 21, and registration is now closed.

We appreciate everyone who submitted and look forword to seeing your creativity in action!

Application & Acceptance

  • APPLICATIONS ARE DUE NOVEMBER 21ST. Once the submission window has closed, the form will be removed from the website. Thank you for your understanding!

    Form Submission & Confirmation: Once you’ve successfully submitted the  application form on our website, You’ll see this confirmation screen pop up. Otherwise, red text will point the way to the areas with missing data needed in order to complete the form.

    You will also receive a confirmation email immediately after successfully submitting your application. If you do not see it, or are having issues with your application submission, contact us directly at bendchristmasparade@cascaderelays.com.

  • Once we have received your parade application, we will review it with our team. Within a week, we will either send a formal acceptance email (if we still have space in the parade) or request that you revise or clarify your application before we can approve it.

    We will also send a separate payment link for entry and/or sponsorship fees if applicable.

    * Any vehicular entry that exceeds 45′ overall in TOTAL length (size of the float trailer plus tow vehicle) is subject to an oversize fee of $200.

  • Entry Requirements: This is a judged event for all entries that have indicated on the entry form that they wish to be judged.

    Please note that judging will begin promptly at 10:00 AM. If you are not ready in your designated area by this time, you will be removed from the judging list.

    Judging Criteria:  Judges for the Christmas Parade look for general appearance, color, design, composition, workmanship, creativity, and integration of the Parade Theme. To keep with the festive spirit it is strongly encouraged that advertising on vehicles be covered with Christmas decorations.

    The six categories are listed below.

    • Jingle Bell Music Award – “Best Entry with Music”
    • Santa Claus Award – “Best Youth Entry”
    • Silver Snowflake Award – “Best Entry Featuring Walking / Marching / Drill / Dance”
    • Rudolph the Reindeer Award – “Best Animal Entry – Large or small”
    • Judge’s Award- “Entry with Best Theme Development”

    Awards: The judges will announce their decision before the parade starts.  A banner will precede each First Place Award winner in each of the six categories. First, Second and Third Place ribbons will be awarded to those being judged first, second, or third in each category. The First Place winner’s name will also be announced from the review stand.

    All parade entries will receive a participation certificate.

    Timing:  Judging of the floats start at EXACTLY 10:00 AM in their line-up area. — If you are not ready in your assigned location and time (which you will receive in an email the week of the parade) your entry will be removed from the judging list.

    **Details regarding parade line-up time and place in the parade will be sent to each judged entrant prior to the parade date.
