* Any vehicular entry that exceeds 45′ overall in TOTAL length (size of the float trailer plus tow vehicle) is subject to an oversize fee of $200.

Application & Acceptance

  • Once you’ve successfully submitted your application form, You’ll see this confirmation screen.  Otherwise, red text will point the way to the areas with missing data needed in order to complete the form.

    You will also receive a confirmation email immediately after successfully submitting your application. If you do not see it, or are having issues with your application submission, contact us directly at bendchristmasparade@cascaderelays.com

  • Once we have received your parade application, we will review it with our team. Within a week, we will either send a formal acceptance email (if we still have space in the parade) or request that you revise or clarify your application before we can approve it.

    We will also send a separate payment link for entry and/or sponsorship fees if applicable.

THIS YEAR’S THEME IS ” A STORYBOOK CHRISTMAS”! There will be tons of fun decorating options with this theme, and we can’t wait to see what you all come up with. Please complete the form below to apply to participate in the parade. The deadline to enter is Nov. 21, 2025. However, space is limited and entries will likely fill much earlier.
