Kick off the holidays with Bend’s newest festive tradition — the Mistletoe Miler! Join Cascade Relays for a 3-mile fun run & walk along the beautiful Deschutes River Trail, starting and finishing at Bend Brewing Company. Expect festive photo ops, mistletoe moments, holiday cheer, and plenty of surprises along the way!

This untimed, all-ages event is all about joy, community, and creativity — so don your silliest sweater, jingle bells, or Santa suit, and celebrate the season in style.

When you cross the finish line, stick around downtown to enjoy the Bend Christmas Parade at noon — the celebration continues right where you are!

    Sign-up early to snag your custom scarf (limited to the first 500 participants) and get ready for Bend’s most joyful morning of the season.

  • *To make the most of the holiday cheer and avoid any last-minute rush on Saturday morning, we *strongly recommend* picking up your packet on Friday.

    Packet Pickup will take place at The Haven Coworking (1001 SW Disk Dr, Bend, OR 97702)

      • December 5th, 12 pm – 6:30 pm

    Saturday

    Packet pickup and day-of registration will be held at Bend Brewing Company (1019 NW Brooks St, Bend, OR)

    • December 6th, 8 am – 9:15 am
  • The start and finish line is located directly in front of Bend Brewing Company,  located at 1019 NW Brooks St, Bend, OR 97701.
    The excitement kicks off at 9:30 am SHARP, so be sure to bring your holiday spirit and get ready for a jolly good time!

  • At Cascades Relays, being a positive member of the communities we live in and travel through is very important to us. The Cascade Relays Foundation, founded in 2016, supports local non-profits, school groups, and community organizations in the communities our events travel through. It has directly donated over $800,000 to local nonprofits and community groups since its founding in 2008. The Foundation allows Cascade Relays to support community organizations along its Cascade Lakes Relay and Bend Beer Chase course routes.
